Ingredients: 

1 tablespoon shallots, finely minced
2 tablespoons Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
2 6-ounce bags baby spinach
Salt and pepper to taste

Shopping List: 

1. In a large pan over medium-high heat, sauté the shallots in the Plugrá Butter until softened and fragrant, about 2 minutes.
2. Add the spinach and cook until just wilted, about 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
