White Corn Polenta

10 servings Ingredients:
2 cups polenta
6 cups water
2 cups milk
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted, softened
Directions:
1. In a medium pan, combine everything but the butter. Slowly stir with a wooden spoon for 100 minutes, on low heat.
2. Add Plugrá Butter; stir and then set aside.
