Veal Cutlets in Butter-Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients: 

1 pound veal round steak
1/4 cup Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
1 cup mushrooms, fresh, sliced
1/4 teaspoon tarragon leaves

Directions: 

1. Cut veal into 4 serving size pieces cut 1/4" thick. Pound to 1/8" thickness.
2. Melt Plugrá Butter in 12" skillet. Brown veal 1 minute on each side. Remove to warm serving platter.
3. In remaining Plugrá Butter, saute mushrooms with tarragon until golden. Spoon over veal. Serve immediately.
