Vanilla Nut Latte Butter

Ingredients: 

1 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, salted, softened
1 vanilla bean, seeds only
1 tablespoon espresso powder, fine
2 tablespoons walnuts, ground
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Directions: 

1. Whip Plugrá butter until smooth and light.
2. Remove the seeds from the vanilla bean.
3. Add remaining ingredients to butter, mix until all ingredients are well combined.
4. Use immediately, or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
