Truffle Butter

Ingredients: 

1 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted, room temperature
1/2 cup truffles, chopped
tablespoons truffle oil
Pinch of salt

Directions: 

1. Place the softened Plugrá Butter in a mixing bowl with the paddle attachment.
2. Fold in the remaining ingredients on low speed and then gradually increase the speed to make sure that all the components are well incorporated.
3. Place the butter compound on a sheet of parchment paper and shape into a log or any shape you desire.
4. Put in refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
