Tournedos Madeira

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
1/4 cup green onion, minced
1/2 cup Madeira wine
1 cup beef broth, unsalted
6 beef filets, 5 to 6 ounces each

Directions: 

1. In skillet, melt 6 tablespoons Plugrá Butter; add onion and cook until tender.
2. Add wine and broth and simmer to reduce to half volume. Set aside.
3. In skillet melt 2 tablespoons Plugrá Butter; add beef and cook 5 minutes each side for medium rare.
4. Serve on warmed plates. Spoon sauce over beef.
