Tiramisu Sweet Flavored Butter

Ingredients: 

Butter Mixture
1/2 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted, softened
1/2 cup hazelnut-cocoa spread
2-1/2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
1/4 cup hazelnuts, chopped
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 teaspoon almond extract

Coating
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
2 teaspoons cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/4 teaspoon espresso powder, instant

Directions: 

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well mixed, about 1 minute.
2. Remove butter from processor and spoon onto parchment paper. Roll into a log, using edge of baking sheet to form a tight log. Place in freezer for 15 minutes until firm.
3. Remove from freezer and roll again, unroll parchment paper.
4. In a small mixing bowl, combine coating ingredients, sprinkle mixture onto butter log and roll until completed covered.
5. Refrigerate roll for 30 minutes before serving.
