6 tablespoons Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
1/4 cup tequila
2 tablespoons lime juice, fresh
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Melt the Plugrá Butter in a saucepan until it is nutty brown, about 3 to 4 minutes.
2. Add the tequila and simmer for 3 minutes.
3. Stir in lime juice and salt and keep warm until ready to serve.
