Steamed Lobster with Buttered Slaw

Ingredients: 

1/4 cup Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons chives, fresh, minced
2 tablespoons tarragon, fresh
1 teaspoon celery seed
7 to 8 cups shredded green cabbage
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
1 pound cooked lobster chunked (or Surimi)

Directions: 

1. In large skillet, saute first 4 ingredients in Plugrá Butter until tender.
2. Add cabbage. Cover and cook over medium heat until cabbage is tender crisp. Stir in mustard and lemon juice.
4. Toss in lobster. Cover and cook 2-3 minutes.
5. Serve with buttered boiled potatoes.
