Sesame Sugar Snaps

4-6 servings Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Asian roasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 pound sugar snap peas, stringed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions:
1. Heat sesame oil and Plugrá Butter together.
2. Lightly brown sesame seeds.
3. Toss with sugar snaps and sauté 2 to 3 minutes, or until brightly colored.
4. Sprinkle in soy sauce.
5. Shake together and serve immediately.
