4 pounds shrimp, fresh, small-sized
2 tablespoons Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
Directions:
1. Sauté shrimp in butter; set aside.
Final Plating Directions
1. Add polenta to each serving dish.
2. Top with seared shrimp and a dollop of compound butter.
3. Finish with lime pickled red onions.
