Seared Scallops

4 servings Ingredients:
1 pound sea scallops
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon Plugrá® Clarified Butter
Juice of 2 lemons
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Place a saute pan on medium high heat.
2. Season the scallops with salt and pepper and dip in flour.
3. Pour clarified Plugrá Butter in saute pan.
4. Shake excess flour from scallops and place in saute pan.
5. Saute the scallops for 1-1/2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove from pan.
