4 servings Ingredients:
4 soft shell crabs
2 cups all purpose flour for dredging
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
Directions:
1. Dredge the soft shell crab in the flour.
2. Place the olive oil and Plugrá Butter in a sauté pan over medium heat.
3. Sauté the crabs for approximately 2-3 minutes per side or until a thin crisp layer on both sides.
4. Remove from the pan and reserve.
