4 cups rice, cooked
1 tablespoon Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
10 pieces saffron
1 teaspoon saffron paste
Directions:
1. Stir-fry the cooked rice with Plugrá Butter, saffron and saffron paste in a wok over high heat, or in a frying pan, until the rice turns yellow.
