Ingredients: 

1 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted, softened
1 cup huckleberries (can substitute blueberries)
1/4 cup orange blossom honey
1 teaspoon rosemary leaves, fresh, finely minced
Kosher or sea salt to taste

Directions: 

1. Place berries, honey and rosemary in a food processor, pulse until berries are nearly pureed.
2. Add Plugrá Butter and pulse until well combined. Season with salt to taste.
3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready for use.
