Rosemary-Lemon Flavored Butter

Ingredients: 

1 cup milk
5 tablespoons flour
1 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted, softened
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch cloves
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions: 

1. In a heavy saucepan, combine milk and flour. Stir constantly over medium heat until mixture begins to thicken. Once thickened, removed from heat and allow to cool completely.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whip Plugrá Butter and sugar together until smooth.
3. Add milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla and whip together for about 2 minutes.
4. Add milk and flour mixture and whip for 1 minute.
5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready for use.
