3-4 servings Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Plugrá European-Style Butter, unsalted
1 teaspoon garlic, ground
1 teaspoon ginger, ground
1 tablespoon scallions, diced
3 tablespoon shallots, diced
Directions:
1. Sauté garlic, ginger, scallions and shallots with Plugrá Butter for about 30 seconds or until shallots turn transparent. Keep stirring.
2. Sauté with seafood.
