Radish Tartines with Lemon-Herb Butter

Ingredients: 

1 cup Plugrá® European-Style Butter, softened
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 baguette, thinly sliced
1 bunch radishes, very thinly sliced

Directions: 

1. Cream Plugrá Butter in a mixing bowl until smooth.
2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until incorporat
3. Spread a thin layer of flavored butter over each baguette slice.
4. Arrange radish slices over buttered bread and serve.
