Puttanesca Butter

Ingredients: 

3 garlic cloves, minced
6 anchovies, minced
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoons capers, minced
1/3 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon chili peppers, crushed
1/2 cup black olives, oil curred, chopped
1 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted, softened
Salt to taste

Directions: 

1. Combine all ingredients except for butter and salt, set a side.
2. Whip Plugrá Butter until smooth and light.
3. Add ingredients to butter and mix until well combined, add salt as needed.
4. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
