Pumpkin Seed Butter

Ingredients: 

1/2 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted, softened
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
2 chipotle peppers in adobe sauce, chopped
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoon orange zest
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, toasted, ground coarse

Directions: 

1. Whip Plugrá Butter in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer on low until smooth and lite. Increase speed to medium and add garlic, peppers, paprika and zest. Beat until well combined, about 5 minutes.
2. By hand, stir in pumpkin seeds until well combined.
3. Remove flavored butter from bowl and spoon onto parchment paper. Roll into a log, using edge of baking sheet to form a tight log. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
