Penne Pasta with Buttery Red Wine Clam Sauce

4 servings Ingredients:
1/2 cup Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon basil, fresh, minced
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon oregano
1 10-ounce can baby clams
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
1/2 cup burgundy wine
Dash cracked pepper
1 pound penne pasta, cooked as directed
Parmesan cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. In large skillet, saute garlic in Plugrá Butter with herbs for about 1 minute. Add clams with liquid. Simmer 3 minutes.
2. Stir in tomato sauce, wine and pepper. Heat through about 5 minutes.
3. Serve over penne. Top with cheese.
