Ingredients: 

1 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted, softened
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, fresh, grated
2 tablespoons sage leaves, fresh, minced

Directions: 

1. In a bowl, whip Plugrá Butter until smooth and light.
2. Fold in cheese and sage and mix until well combined.
3. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
