4 servings Ingredients:
2 cups Plugrá European-Style Butter, unsalted
1/4 cup parsley, fresh, chopped
2 cloves fresh garlic, fresh, roughly chopped
French bread cut in half horizontally and then cut into pieces
Directions:
1. Melt the Plugrá Butter in a skillet. Add chopped parsley and garlic and let it cook a few minutes so the flavor of the garlic is released.
2. Add the bread pieces, bread side down, into the skillet.
3. Remove once toasted.
