Nutmeg Veal Scallopine

4 servings Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds veal scallops
1 cup cracker crumbs
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Dash nutmeg
Dash salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
Directions:
1. Pound veal scallops until thin.
2. Combine dry ingredients; stir to blend.
3. Dip veal in egg and then in crumb mixture.
4. In large skillet, melt Plugrá Butter. Saute veal about 2 minutes on each side or until done. Serve immediately.
