New England Clam Bake

4 servings Ingredients:
1/2 pound sea weed
4 ears of corn on the cob
6 Topneck clams
1 pound Ipswich clams
4 oysters
1/2 pound large shrimp
1 cluster snow crab legs
1 1-pound Maine lobster
1 cup Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
1 lemon, cut in half
1/2 cup parsley, fresh
Directions:
1. Place all the corn and all seafood ingredients except the shrimp and snow crab cluster in a large oven proof pan. Cover and place in a 350°F oven for 20 minutes. At the end of 20 minutes add the shrimp and snow crab cluster and bake for another 5 minutes.
2. Pile the shellfish high on a large platter.
3. Pour the top two-thirds of the juices into a pot and bring to a boil. Whisk in the Plugrá Butter and parsley. Spoon over platter. Reserve some for dipping on the side.
