8-12 servings Ingredients:
1/2 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted, softened
6 cloves garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup coarse-grain mustard
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1/2 cup Italian parsley, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons fresh thyme, roughly chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Process Plugrá Butter, garlic, lemon, soy, Dijon and mustard powder till smooth and creamy.
2. Add parsley and thyme, and salt and black pepper to taste.
3. Process again briefly till creamy with bright flecks of green.
4. Serve as a topping for steamed mussels, grilled steak, pork, chicken, salmon, or tuna.
5. Refrigerate or freeze.
