32 servings Ingredients:
1 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted, softened
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons crystallized ginger, minced
1 cup peaches, ripe, mashed
1/2 cup pecans, toasted, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Whip Plugrá Butter until smooth and light.
2. Crumble sugar over butter and whip to combine.
3. Stir in syrup, ginger, peaches and pecans until well combined.
4. Shape into two logs of equal size using parchment or wax paper. Refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours), slice into thin rounds as needed or transfer to plastic wrap to store. Optional serving in a bowl and storage in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
