32 servings Ingredients:
1 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted, softened
3 tablespoons mint, fresh, chopped
1/2 teaspoon rosemary, fresh, chopped
1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoons garlic, minced
Directions:
1. In a medium mixing bowl, whip Plugrá Butter until smooth and lite. Fold in remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
2. Remove butter from bowl and spoon onto parchment paper. Roll into a log, using edge of baking sheet to form a tight log. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
