Magnifique Herbes Fines Butter

Ingredients: 

1/2 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted, softened
2 tablespoons light olive oil
1/2 each chervil, parsley, thyme and tarragon, fresh, chopped
1/2 teaspoon sea salt, ground
1 tablespoon shallot, minced
2 teaspoons French Congnac
2 tablespoons herbes fines, dried

Directions: 

1. In a food processor, combine oil and fresh herbs.
2. In a mixing bowl the Plugrá Butter and beat until smooth. Add in herb oil and shallots, beat until smooth. Last drizzle congnac and mix until well combined.
3. Shape into two even sized logs using parchment or wax paper. Roll logs in dried herbs and transfer to plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator until firm (about 2 hours), slice into thin rounds and serve.
