Ingredients: 

1/2 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, salted, softened
1 cup Maine lobster, cooked, shelled, chopped
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoon flat parsley, fresh, chopped

Directions: 

1. Whip Plugrá Butter until smooth and light.
2. Add in all other ingredients and mix well combined.
3. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve.
