Liptauer Cheese Ball

Liptauer Cheese Ball

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup Bleu cheese
1 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
1 pound cream cheese
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon caraway
1 tablespoon capers, drained, finely chopped
2 teaspoons mustard, prepared
2 teaspoons anchovy paste
2 tablespoons chives

Directions: 

1. In a large bowl, cream all ingredients.
2. Shape mixture into ball with wet hands. Wrap in clear plastic to chill.
3. Roll in additional 1/2 cup chives if desired. Great to serve with dark bread.
