Lemon Galette (French Dessert Bread)

4 - 6 servings Ingredients:
1 loaf (1 pound) frozen bread dough, thawed
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoons grated lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon mace
1/4 cup Plugrá European-Style Butter, unsalted, cut in pieces
Directions:
1. On floured board, knead dough a few minutes to warm. Allow to rest 5 minutes.
2. Roll to 12-inch round.
3. Place on buttered pizza pan.
4. In food processor, blend sugar, flour, lemon zest and nutmeg.
5. Cut in Plugrá Butter until mixture is like fine meal. Sprinkle over bread dough.
6. Allow to rise about 30 minutes or until doubled.
7. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool slightly.
Serve with 3 to 4 cups sliced fresh peaches.
