Lemon Fig Butter

Ingredients: 

8 tablespoons Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted, softened
2 tablespoons fig jam
1 teaspoon lemon zest, finely grated
1 1/2 tablespoons walnuts, toasted, finely chopped

Directions: 

1. Whip Plugrá Butter until soft and smooth.
2. Add jam and zest to butter and mix until well combined.
3. Shape into a log on plastic wrap and roll in walnuts. Refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours), slice into thin rounds as needed.
