16 servings Ingredients:
1/2 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted, softened
2 lemons, zest
1/4 cup fig jam
2 tablespoons walnuts, toasted, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Whip Plugrá Butter until smooth and light. Add zest and fig jam.
2. Add walnuts and mix until well combined.
3. Remove butter from bowl and spoon onto parchment paper. Roll into a log, using edge of baking sheet to form a tight log. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
