Kotopoulo me Mila (Chicken Sauteed with Apples)

Ingredients: 

4 chicken breasts
1/2 tablespoon salt & 1/2 tablespoon pepper mixed together
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup olive oil
2 apples, peeled, cubed
1/2 cup apple juice
1 shot Metaxa (Greek Conjac)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted

Directions: 

1. Season chicken with salt and pepper then dredge in flour.
2. Over medium heat sauté chicken in olive oil. Add the apples after you turn the chicken the first time.
3. Once the chicken is fully cooked, drain extra oil and add apple juice, sugar, Metaxa and Plugrá Butter.
4. Reduce sauce to a thin syrup and plate.
