King Crab Oreganata

4-6 servings Ingredients:
12 pieces king crab, split and thawed
4 cloves garlic, smashed
1 cup Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
1 cup bread crumbs, toasted
2 tablespoons oregano, dried
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Salt and freshly ground pepper
2 lemons, washed
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
2. Melt Plugrá Butter in a small pan with the smashed garlic.
3. Mix the bread crumbs, oregano and parsley in a bowl.
4. Place king crab legs with the split side up on a sheet pan.
5. Spoon or brush Plugrá Butter directly onto meat and lightly season.
6. Evenly scatter the bread crumbs over the crab.
7. Bake in oven until hot and golden brown on top.
8. Place crab legs on serving platter and zest the lemons directly over them. Serve immediately.
