5 servings Ingredients:
5 salmon fillets, boneless, 5 ounces each
2 tablespoons Jamaican jerk seasoning
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 teaspoon garlic, grated
2 teaspoons red onion, grated
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven boiler.
2. Place fillets on a large baking sheet with nonstick foil.
3. In a small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients. Spoon equal amounts onto each fillet, spreading evenly.
4. Broil without turning for 8 to 10 minutes or until salmon is just cooked through.
