Ingredients: 

2 pounds frozen green peas
1 1/2 pounds sugar snap peas
1 tablespoon good olive oil
1 tablespoon Plugra European-Style Butter
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Directions: 

Warm olive oil and Plugra butter in a large pan over medium-high heat and add the peas.
Add kosher salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for 10 minutes or until crisp, tossing occasionally.
Serve hot.
