Gorgonzola Harvest Butter

16 servings Ingredients:
1/2 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, salted, softened
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1/4 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons cranberries, dried, sweetened, chopped
Directions:
1. Whip Plugrá Butter in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer on low until smooth and lite. Increase speed to medium and add honey and cinnamon. Beat until well combined, about 5 minutes.
2. By hand, stir in cheese and cranberries until well combined.
3. Remove butter from bowl and spoon onto parchment paper. Roll into a log, using edge of baking sheet to form a tight log. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
