Goat Cheese and Roasted Garlic Butter Sauce

1 batch of sauce Ingredients:
6 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon Plugrá® Clarified Butter
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Plugrá European-Style Butter, unsalted, room temperature
2 tablespoons goat cheese, room temperature
Directions:
1. Place garlic cloves in aluminum foil and pour clarified Plugrá butter over. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Close aluminum foil and place in oven at 350°F for 20 minutes. Remove from pan and allow to cool.
3. Combine butter, goat cheese and roasted garlic; smash with a fork until creamy
