1-2 servings Ingredients:
1 cup water
2 tablespoons honey
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Pinch cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
Pinch of salt
8 baby carrots
Directions:
1. Place the water, honey, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, Plugrá Butter and salt in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
2. Reduce the ingredients by ½ to make the glaze.
3. Add the carrots to the glaze for approximately 5-7 minutes or until carrots are warmed through.
