6 servings Ingredients:
1 cup Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
2 garlic cloves
1/3 cup parsley, chopped
Salt to taste
White pepper to taste, freshly ground
Directions:
1. Place the softened Plugrá butter in a food processor with the garlic and parsley and season with salt and pepper.
2. Blend until well incorporated and the butter becomes a bright green color.
3. Remove from the food processor and keep at room temperature.
