Fresh Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients: 

1 cup (packed) fresh basil (2 packages)
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon Dijon
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Shopping List: 

1. Process basil leaves in a food processor until they are evenly minced.
2. Add in the red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, and Dijon and blend until thoroughly blended. Scrape down the sides of the food processor.
3. With the food processor running, slowly pour in the oil in a thin stream. Serve immediately or store for up to a day.
