Ingredients: 

Flatbread
Fontina cheese, grated
Sea salt
Coarse black pepper
Crushed red pepper
Rosemary, coarse chopped
Olive oil
Shaved Parmesan cheese

Directions: 

1. On work surface lay out flatbread. Top with grated fontina chesse, sprinkle with rosemary, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
2. Bake at 350°F for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
3. Top with fresh shaved parmesan cheese.
