Fiesta Flavored Butter

8 servings Ingredients:
1/4 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted, softened
1 tablespoon chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped, seeded
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tablespoons basil, snipped
4 tablespoons cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds, chopped
Directions:
1. Whip Plugrá Butter until smooth and light.
2. Add in all other ingredients and mix unitl well combined.
3. Shape into a log using parchment or wax paper. Refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours), slice into thin rounds as needed or transfer to plastic wrap to store.
