Festive Pomegranate-Tangerine Butter

Ingredients: 

3/4 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, salted, softened
1 tablespoon tangerine zest (packed)
1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1/3 cup pomegranate molasses
1/2 cup almonds, toasted, finely chopped

Directions: 

1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat Plugrá Butter at medium speed until smooth and light.
2. Add zest, ginger, cinnamon, and sugar and beat on medium speed until well combined. Add molasses and mix until thoroughly combined. Last, add almonds and mix until well combined.
3. Removed butter from bowl and spoon onto parchment paper. Roll into a log, using edge of baking sheet to form a tight log. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
