Citrus-Saffron Butter Sauce

Ingredients: 

4 ounces Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
1/8 teaspoon saffron threads
1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
1½ tablespoons key lime juice, freshly squeezed
1½ tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 tablespoon orange juice, freshly squeezed
1 teaspoon orange zest
3/4 teaspoon salt

Directions: 

1. Place the Plugrá Butter, saffron and garlic in a small saucepan and cook over low heat until butter is melted; simmer for about 1 minute.
2. Place all juices, zest and salt in a blender. With motor running, slowly add the butter mixture. Process until the sauce is emulsified and smooth, about 20 to 30 seconds.
