Citrus Pecan Butter

8 servings Ingredients:
1/4 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted, softened
1 shallot, chopped
2 tablespoons pecans, toasted, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon Italian parsley, chopped
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well blended.
2. Shape into a log using parchment or wax paper, or use butter mold to form. Refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours), slice into thins rounds as needed or transfer to plastic wrap to store.
