Citrus Butter Poached Maine Lobster Tail

4 servings Ingredients:
2 pounds Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
4 each Maine lobster tails, split
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Zest of 1 orange
1 tablespoon orange juice
Zest of 1 lime
1 tablespoon lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped fine
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan add juice of all fruit with Plugrá Butter and melt slowly.
2. Season lobster tails and place in pan, shell side down.
3. Slow cook for 5 minutes and flip tails over.
4. Cook for 3 more minutes on low heat.
5. Remove tails, add parsley to Plugrá Butter to create sauce and serve.
