Ingredients: 

1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, chopped (1 square)
1 tablespoons Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
1/4 cup cream
3 tablespoons hot water
1 cup confectioners sugar, sifted

Directions: 

1. In a double broiler, melt Plugrá Butter and chocolate; stire until well combined.
2. Remove the chocolate mixture from the double broiler, add heavy cream and hot water. Stir until well blended.
3. Add confectioners sugar; stir until completely dissolved and smooth.
